Answer: In order to provide our users the best Qwad match, we try to ensure that each user is exactly where they claim to be located so we can find a true Geo Local match. We also want to ensure there are no scammers that falsify their locations
Question: Where can I download the Mobile App?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not have a Mobile App yet. We are still growing our user base and focusing on giving you better service. When the Mobile App is ready, we will notify you and make a public announcement
Question: How do I know that Qwading is safe?
Answer: We do our best to ensure each person creating a profile shares their location and agrees to our Term & Conditions. There is not much we can do beyond that. We believe in the good faith of people
Question: Why do you only match groups of 4 a Qwad?
Answer: We believe that a group of 4 people is the best group dynamic for healthy conversations. As Qwad will grow we'll be able to integrate with other services that a group of 4 can do together easier such as sharing an Uber ride or reserve a table at a restaurant
Question: Will I be matched with people who are the same gender as me or will it be a mix group?
Answer: For now we are matching Qwads of the same gender, but in the future we are planning to enable the option for a mixed group
Question: Does this service cost anything to the user?
Answer: This is a free service at no charge to the user
